looks like its just client side, for pc someone recommended this https://github.com/dimdenGD/OldTwitter, idk if it helps (and also looks like a few tweetdeck also still works)

I do know, however, that other savers like Timimi offer better backup options. They are worth checking out if you can use them in your workflow.
