You can always find it on GitHub too.

PSA: mjpg-streamer, included with OctoPi, will not work with a Pi camera on 64-bit Linux + workaround
OctoPi, the OctoPrint Pi distribution, uses mjpg-streamer by default and won't work with a Pi camera out of the box if you install a 64-bit OS version.

python 3.8?
You can download the RC3 image from here: https://github.com/guysoft/OctoPi/issues/796. And use the RPi ImageReady to create the SD card.

Rpi alternatives
I don't do any of that on my machines, I have github actions do that work anytime I change any of my scripts, or the source .img. If you're interested in the project, it is v1pi. This CustomPiOS is also used by Guy to maintain the official OctoPi image.

OctoPrint: The snappy web interface for your 3D printer
I run OctoPrint on a RockPi, but I also rolled my own embedded Linux distro (PrintNanny OS) to package this setup.
There are a lot of small papercuts, like OctoPrint using `vcgencmd` to measure CPU throttling. `vcgencmd` is part of Raspberry Pi's userland. Not a big deal (aliased to another util). I've also added WebRTC-based streaming to my build.
The recommended way to use OctoPrint is the OctoPi image, which is based on Raspbian / Raspberry Pi OS. The OctoPi image includes extras like haproxy and mjpg streamer for HTTP-based JPEG frame stream. If you end up baking a RockPi image, here's the OctoPi root file system for reference: https://github.com/guysoft/OctoPi/tree/devel/src/modules/oct...

does any one know where i can find the disk image file for octopi v1.7.3?
OctoPi only goes up to version 0.18.0, so maybe you meant OctoPrint 1.7.2?

Octoprint users! I have a Logitech webcam (not the 270) that just works when it wants. Sometimes i turn the Pi on, works perfect. Sometimes i turn the pi on and… nothing. Sometimes it’ll just stop working inexplicable mid usage. Any suggestions?

Imade a simple shell script program to manage packages in Linux. Currently it supports apt, flatpak, snap. It can probably be useful for someone.
Like bauh which supports AppImage, Arch packages (including AUR), Debian packages, Flatpak, Snap and native Web applications

Problems installing many apps
If you really want a GUI package manager that doesn't break EndeavourOS, I've had a good experience with bauh when I started using EOS. But I also do everything with yay now, as others have suggested, it is more convenient once you know the commands.

Name a program that doesn't get enough love!
Lastly, deb-get + pacstall + bauh. All of these combined covers 99% of my software needs, much less need to find and install PPAs and .deb manually. Still not as convenient as AUR, but much better than it was before. Hopefully, eventually everything is on Flatpak, snap, or AppImage so I could just use Bauh for most apps, but for now, I'm glad that these tools exists.

BalenaEtcher appimage is not clickable?
Is it an AppImage? Did you make it executable? If you use a lot of AppImages then you may want to add DE integration via their utility. I do not use it, as it runs a backgroudn daemon, I prefer using bauh instead.

Is there a Flatpak GUI for installing, removing and updating applications?

You can use bauh. Supports AppImage, Arch packages (including AUR), Debian packages, Flatpak, Snap and native Web applications. GitHub

You may wanna take a look at bauh.

POP OS! brought me here
Although, if I had to I would personally suggest bauh if you want a graphical package manager. I haven't had any issues with using it, and neither have I seen people complaining about it. It also supports the following formats: AUR packages, AppImages, Flatpak, Snap and Web applications. It also integrates with Timeshift to provide a simple and safe backup process before applying changes to your system.
