You could use this tool: https://github.com/ZaharX97/OWReveal it does the same as wireshark, (inspects the network packets for the demo URL), and uses csgo demo manager to analyze the demo. Shows ranks and game data.

Obvious cheater in Overwatch with a knife/awp medusa/gloves
I'm using Overwatch revealer "https://github.com/ZaharX97/OWReveal", it's only looking for a "replay272.valve.net" link while downloading Overwatch case in game, you need to match the stats for The Suspect to find the player. Program is safe for VAC.

The current state of matchmaking is a disaster
It's so bad right now because Overwatch is severely crippled. I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of my OW cases using https://github.com/ZaharX97/OWReveal. You would be surprised at how long Valve allows convicted accounts to stay unbanned. Just the other day, I had the same guy 3 times https://i.imgur.com/9CD9qjL.png spinning his ass off and still unbanned playing CS daily. Over 95% of my 300+ cases are still unbanned and actively rage hacking.
