Alternatively you can download Direct Package Installer Apk from it's Github page, tho the app is KINDA buggy, it works wonders

That being said there are a bunch of alternatives to RPI at this point like direct pkg installer (DPI) that don't rely on the RPI homebrew app. If you're really committed to RPI though you can download it from the initial release tweet or install the homebrew store app and download it from there.
