I believe this is what they are referring to.
That being said there are a bunch of alternatives to RPI at this point like direct pkg installer (DPI) that don't rely on the RPI homebrew app. If you're really committed to RPI though you can download it from the initial release tweet or install the homebrew store app and download it from there.
Hmm i think latest patch for 9.00 was 1.38 no? I think that's the last patch I've seen mods for. Tbh I've tried both the website and payload guest and they both work. Goldhen cheats if available are very reliable though. You can install goldhen cheats by installing this app https://github.com/GoldHEN/GoldHEN_Cheat_Manager/releases/tag/v1.0.0 Use this app and press to update cheats and it will locally download them all that are available. You can run them offline after by clicking on the goldhen cheats. If non appear try seeing what cheats are available for your version or the game and maybe consider installing that update instead if there are cheats for it. Shouldn't miss anything since new gta updates mostly feature stuff for online content. Hope this helps!
I want to grab my Persona 5 and 5 Royal save files and use them on my PC (with (this)[https://github.com/zarroboogs/p5spc.saveutil] for instance) or emulators. Whilst Save Wizard came up in many searches, it feels incredibly sketchy and according to a few threads on PSX-PLACE et cetera, it's ran by at least one former Datel member with access to a modified ("decapped") SAMU; so I am not sure about that.
