Games from GOG?
May not be as popular as heroic but I use nonsteamlauncher ( https://github.com/moraroy/NonSteamLaunchers-On-Steam-Deck ) and it works fine for me. Follow the instructions or youtube it and its pretty straight forward. Other users have mentioned you will be adding GOG to your steam library (you can just right-click from the desktop mode in the applications area now and select add-to steam) Then you'll go back in to steam mode and launch GOG from there. then it works as normal. Can't attest to cloud saves but since you are just running GOG I'd HOPE it worked, even if you don't need it others may.

Use this utility and install Uplay as a non steam game. You can download all Uplay games there and start them via the launcher.

I got FIFA 23 running on SteamOS! (Offline modes only)
Once the installation is complete, quit the launcher, open your browser and download the FIFA 23 Live Editor (shoutout to /u/xAranaktu!) -- this will allow us to bypass EA's cheat at the cost of going online

I hate having to do training every new career mode save.
You need both the live editor and the cheat engine. To use the cheat engine you have to turn on the live editor before launching the game then once your in a career save then turn on your cheat engine, probably recommended to play in offline mode
