As for the SDK, there is Wolvenkit. It works for cyberpunk partialy, as i could not find some files. It is fun to look at some stuff though.

There was a phase during my datamining ventures when I didn't enjoy reading the scene files much. As someone who was freshly recruited the WolvenKit whose role was to contribute as much as possible in the hopes of creating a working quest editor for the community made modding tools, I was laughed at by the team members if I got caught sharing snippets from scene files using EditPad Lite or Visual Studio Code. Because the proper way of doing it (at the time) was to fire up 010 Editor and use alphaZomega's CR2W_CP77.bt template, but reading dialogues using it always felt tiresome. Thank GOD that there are better ways for reading scene files now.

For example Cyberpunk 2077 got released recently and it barely works on Linux, plus the newly released modding tool for it doesn't work on it either.
