Anyway to choose to load an autosave or restore point of the same game at the menu?
You might be able to access the save files using a Switch file manager like NX-Shell.
-
[Jits.cc] Failed to link my switch
I recommend using a file manager like NX-Shell though since you can do all this directly from your switch without using a PC or phone. You can download it from homebrew store or https://github.com/joel16/NX-Shell/releases.

is it possible to access sd card from the switch itself?
In addition to what others have said, if you really have no other options: https://github.com/joel16/NX-Shell

Getting "failed to get update informatiom" error whenever i try to update my EmuNand to 13.1 using DayBreak. I've tried three files so far, and i'm using Mac OSX. Help! Any idea on how to fix this?
So I'll repeat my suggestion. Clean up the files using NX-Shell. Presumably you don't have a Windows PC handy or else you would have already fixed it, so there's a solution you can do right on the Switch itself.

How to unzip a file in the SD card?
NX Shell says it supports extracting zip archives - https://github.com/joel16/NX-Shell/releases
-
Ways to delete SD card files directly from the Switch?
Hell yeah there is bud! You've got a few options, you could use NX-Shell which is a file browser found here or can be found on the homebrew App Store, second you could use Hekate and put your system into USB mode then connect to the system with your computer via USB although it sounds like you want to avoid your PC so the first option may be best.

Transferring save data between a hacked switch and an unhacked switch?
Installed JKSV saves manager on the hacked switch and backed up all of the saves on the switch. Make sure to save a copy of these game backups in case anything goes wrong. JKSV created folders for each of the games on the SD card.

Save data
on your switch install JKSV (if you haven't played the game and created any save files, do that first). use jksv to create a back up of the save files on your switch. this back up will then be overwritten by copying your save files from your PC to the location of the backup on your switch. plug your switch into your pc and transfer the save files from yuzu/ryujinx to the location of where the backup was created. the save files from yuzu/ryujinx will look the same as the jksv backup. copy your yuzu/ryujinx save ontop of t he backup files and replace when prompted. now that the backup has been overwitten with your yuzu/ryujinx save, go into jksv on your switch and load the backup. you will now have your yuzu/ryujinx saves on your switch.

How can I take my TOTK switch save and use it for PC emulation?
You can do that with JKSV, but only if your Switch is hacked.
-
Can I transfer my BOTW save from Wii U to NS ?
Assuming you have both of them homebrewed (PC/Linux program to convert Wii U <-> Switch BOTW saves) https://github.com/DeltaJordan/BotW-Save-Manager (Switch homebrew app for exporting/importing/backup game saves) https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSV Use JKSV to import the save into the game once you got the save converted and onto the sd card in your switch. I don’t know how to get the save from the Wii U though, that you’ll have to research.

Storing save on PC?
JKSV is probably your best option

moving save files from yuzu to switch
Must have a hacked switch to move with https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSV

How to use SX OS in 2023
This reentry guide section has steps for migrating, since it migrates your SX OS EmuNAND over if you have one and your SysNAND is completely unaffected by the change in CFW, I'd presume that moving saves would be unneeded, however if you want to be on the safer side, you can always back up your saves using JKSV or another save backup tool of your choice.

Game keeps crashing
Since the Steam and Nintendo version(s) use the same file format(s) you could use this method: https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSV Which is a Steam appgamedata% cloud save content transfer method- and migrate it to your Nintendo Switch 's "slot 1" file save. (Not suggested)

Can you use Hekate 6.0.2 to connect USB to eMMC RAW GPP saves, edit them and then turn read-only off and overwrite the old saves with updated data?
Would not recommend doing that on your sysMMC, especially if you intend to go online again without having to factory-reset via TegraExplorer. If you want to edit saves, do it in a permanently-offline emuMMC (exosphere and dns.mitm) using a tool like JKSV, so that your sysMMC stays clean and can still be used online. Using edited/hacked saves online is a one-way ticket to Ban City.
