  • Best way to SPICE model Rise/Fall times
    1 project | /r/AskElectronics | 19 Mar 2023
I'm developing a SPICE model for the NE555 timer and I'd like to include some real-world constraints. According to the datasheet, the rise and fall times of the output pin are typically 100 ms. I currently model the rise and fall times using a capacitor and an arbitrary voltage source, but this does not produce good results, and I was wondering if there was a better way to model it. The project can be found at https://github.com/MuMashhour/NE555-SPICE-Model.
