Actually there is decky plugin called MusicControl, but you need to get Spotify on desktop and add them as non steam game or something like this. You can find information here

Who are these people?
Officially it is browser only, though you can make it a Chrome app. There are open source Electron wrappers for it though which will make it a “desktop app” in the same sense that Spotify/Tidal is a “desktop app” (The Spotify and Tidal “desktop apps” are also just Electron wrappers for their browser versions).
