They provide essentially a plugin for hiveos which makes it much simpler.

Has anyone recompiled the HiveOS mo_xmrig from source?
Title says it all. Looking around @ https://github.com/MoneroOcean - I can see the normal windows/linux algo-switching xmrig and compile that no issues, but where is the source for the Hive version? is it closed? Binaries are here: https://github.com/MoneroOcean/hiveos

Moneroocean on HiveOS
I tried that. Does not work as described. If you want to really use the latest MO's fork of xmrig you have to install it your self as a custom miner. Search for "hiveos custom miner instalation" and for visit his github. This would lead you to github page with latest hiveos package with MO's algoswitching xmrig.
