  • Replacement parts for custom chips

I am following the Development of new and updated hardware for classic computers for quite a while now and it seems that Boards for even the most desireable computers from the past really need options are available. I'd love to build a A500++ or a ReAmiga 1200, but I am not happy with salvaging old hardware. So, when I found out that the C64s custom CIA has now found a successor, I was wondering what the state of the of potential replacements for the other custom chips is. I found this project ( nonarkitten/amiga_replacement_project) on git but I am not capabile of judging the maturity of the project.
