Minecraft-like engine...having a hard time getting geometry on screen fast enough
I'm working on a minecraft-like game engine, using Pyglet. Source is here which is based on this

But how?
Besides the joke import, it's actually a thing based on the video description.

Minecraft-like clone using Ursina Engine and Python 3.9
For those not familiar with this engine (I’m not either) and wanting to clone Minecraft in Python, might I suggest Pyglet as well? It lets you interface with OpenGL via Python.

Minecraft-like clone using Ursina Engine and Python 3.9
Hi. I have followed a tutorial online of a minecraft clone using the ursina python module. I have since then created my own open-source Github repo in which I have a bunch of new ideas for the game upon development this year.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing Minecraft and voxelcraft you can also consider the following projects:
ursina - A game engine powered by python and panda3d.
openage - Free (as in freedom) open source clone of the Age of Empires II engine :rocket:
pyglet - pyglet is a cross-platform windowing and multimedia library for Python, for developing games and other visually rich applications.
Evolution_simulation - using ursina, I have made a Evolution simulation. To move the screen use [w,s,d,a] keys to move through the x and y directions and use the [e,r] values to move through the z axis. Use the sliders to control the death and birth rate of the simulation. Don't be afraid to change the code or to reload the simulation multiple times.
