Root and Privatize almost any Samsung device- No TWRP bootloop, no fastboot, no custom ROM, no ADB

Latest status for microG, GPay, RCS, and sync not working. Everything else is fine
For CrDroid, flash the rom, then flash microG Installer Revived. I also tried flashing (on a different clean rom) MiniMicrog. Same results: GPay, contact sync, and RCS not working.

Will flashing GApps onto my device defeat the purpose of degoogling my phone through custom roms? Are they secure?
No, you've got to go beyond other people explaining everything to you and learn some things yourself. Articles and video guides are for lazy people. You need to get a patched Google Play Store apk and install that along with microG, flash this if you want an easy way: https://github.com/FriendlyNeighborhoodShane/MinMicroG_releases/releases/download/2022.02.02/MinMicroG-Standard-2.11.1-20220202153527.zip

- Can anyone tell me why Microg isn't appearing on my device?
-
Just to confirm...
If you want to use microG, you can use this installer. If you want the modified Google Play Store, pick the Standard version, otherwise flash the NoGoolag version. Android Auto will probably work with OpenGapps and the Standard MinMicroG option on most devices by default, meaning that you might not have to do anything else.

Nanolx patched Play Store stuck on sign in screen on LineageOS 19.1
Did you install from the releases repo or the CI repo? Because I had bootloop on the latest releases release (lol) too, but using the latest from the CI worked better. Apparently, the releases is lacking behind, see https://github.com/FriendlyNeighborhoodShane/MinMicroG/issues/36#issuecomment-1188563391

Is anyone here daily-driving microg and can share their experiences? https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/wiki/Implementation-Status does not exactly inspire confidence.

Google Update Reveals AI Will Read All Your Private Messages
...will need to be rewritten to avoid Google Play Services.
Not true.
All that needs to happen is for open source developers to "re-implement Google’s proprietary Android user space apps and libraries".

microG itself connects directly to Google: https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/wiki/Google-Network-Connec...
No shit, of course they do.
>In general, we obviously try to minimize the connections to Google, but some services strictly rely on them and would just not work without.
What exactly do you think they should do instead?
