I have to run a number of CAD programs and proprietary IDEs in a Win10 VM, this is the only way it's usable for me.

I upgraded my Windows 7 to 10 (due to Chrome-based browsers weren't being updated anymore for Windows 7, and there was the WebP exploit) using DISM, and I learn that you can also upgrade Windows 10 to Enterprise, which is a little less car-salesman-ly than Pro (no web stuff on the Start Menu/search for example):

On this Windows edition I haven't seen any nudges to upgrade to 11.

The only product you need KMS activation for is Office, which MAS and KMS_VL_ALL / AIO cover. MAS uses online KMS activation while KMS_VL_ALL works locally, both have an auto-renewal option.

Yeah the PowerShell script does it for you I use https://github.com/kkkgo/KMS_VL_ALL for my test VMs in my lab because in a testing environment I'm not paying for a licence or being restricted by an eval licence

Woah if you have to pirate windows you should give Linux a try . It's free you don't need to worry about malware. The other option is of course is https://github.com/kkkgo/KMS_VL_ALL which I use in my test VMs.
