  Server 2022 has been out for a while so you can update the link. Those server downloads are evaluation copies and can't be activated normally. Eval copies have to be converted to a full version first, and MAS can do that. Since Server editions do not have support for HWID activation, and only supports SLIC and KMS activation, the longest method MAS can use for it is KMS38. While it technically isn't permanent it still lasts a lot longer than regular KMS. You can permanently activate Server editions with EzWindSLIC though.
