If you can have mods, you can throw them via Toggle throwable weapons and then use vital strike and ricochet them to other enemies via Startoss Style.

There are Good answers. Chaotic or Lawful answers. And even Evil answers. And there are RIGHT Answers...
Totally optional but also microscopic content and Respect mods, so i can use antipaladins, or turn one of my graveguard into my worshipper, ect.
- Is their a mod that makes starkinfes able to be thrown?

Trying to make an evil paladin/death knight build
You already get Regill who is Lawful Evil Hellknight which is about as close to antipaladin as you can get without the Antipaladin mod. But "half cleric + half fighter" is pretty much Warpriest in a nutshell. So I'd consider Champion of the Faith: it ticks off the boxes of "melee DPS + divine magic + Smite Chaos."
- Can a vital strike build be good without rowdy rogue?
-
Starknife, star bright, first star I see tonight...
