Call of the Wild/ Eldritch arcana for WotR? Or any additional spells mods out there?
Ahem
-
few mods are not working for Pathfinder WOTR EE
For getting most up-to-date versions, may I recommend Modfinder (github link). Unfortunately, it has no flag to indicate out-of-date mods.
- So is there any working companion respec mod out there still?
-
This is why we can’t have nice things
The Pathfinder modding community thrives on Discord. All of the mods are published to Github. There is even a custom, modding-community curated tool to browse/download mods that are still with active developers AND working with the latest patch (see https://github.com/Pathfinder-WOTR-Modding-Community/ModFinder).

Up-to-date mods?
Consider using the ModFinder tool: it won't tell you if a given mod is compatible with the latest WotR patch; but at least it makes it easier to keep track of what's been updated and when.

The fact you can't completely respec a party member is dumb
Then, you'll go get ModFinder, here, download that, follow the instructions, and pick up the Respec Mod that should appear in the listing for ModFinder.
- Sorry, gotta vent

Question to the Modders; Abandonment of Nexus
I can really recommend ModFinder, it installs and updates mods for you (automatically for GitHub, notifications and manual download for Nexus), so much easier than following the discord channel for updates :)
I recommend ModFinder, but I might be biased as one of the devs :P

What mods are part of your load order?
FYI you might find ModFinder to be helpful. Still a work in progress but better than nothing if you don't want to have to keep manually installing / updating mods yourself. Also if you have a Discord account, mod updates are posted in this channel.
