PiP is a nice free solution. In order for it to work, you have to disable the native AirPlay receiver in system settings

Alternatives of AfloatX?
It's worth mentioning the standalone PiP and Floating (both free) that I've been using for a year, but I'll certainly switch to the new BTT Pin action as soon as it's stable.
