Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Multiple display monitors: app-window positions change after screen lock. How to fix?
Per https://apple.stackexchange.com/a/428756/13179, Memmon has received high marks (one of the few if only apps/utils with recent apple.stackexchange.com reviews for this problem). I'm trying it out and will report back.

Re: " windows don't cascade if the mouse didn't move". That is annoying. For me, the exact behavior seems oddly app dependent. You can raise an issue on https://github.com/nclarius/KWin-window-positioning-scripts and discuss possible solutions, if any.
