Hi ! How do i choose the most profitable coin for cpu mining automatically?
To accomplish what you're thinking, the next step of mining evolution is for HiveOS or some other mining system operating system to take over the SWARM project (https://github.com/MaynardMiner/SWARM). In this manner, mining programs and algos on the client slide would change automatically based on the most profitable coin.

Noob Question: I am a new linux user how do I install a miner to mine ERGO?
Download a miner, I’ve used NBMiner which you can find here. Download the Linux version and change the erg config file so it’s using your address and not the default one.
- Does Anyone know if the 3080 12gb and 3050 have been fully unlocked yet ?

Personally I prefer the NB Miner. I like the UI and it allows for batch file overclocking. It does the job for all the Crypto I'm interested in mining. I keep a copy of Trex, Gminer, and Lolminer just in case though.
