Recommendation for Pipeline TD Projects for Junior Role.
I've also done a Maya editor (very much work in progress at the moment) https://github.com/NCCA/MayaEditor and in general there are loads of demos on our github which may help.

[PYSIDE6] Have anyone made/seen a text editor with autocompletion that was made with PyQt6 or PySide6?
There is some work in progress QCompleter stuff here https://github.com/NCCA/MayaEditor I've not had a chance to finish it as yet.

Work in Progress :- New Maya Script Editor
Been working on this for a while. I initially set it as a student project but nobody took it up so I did it myself. Written in Python3 and PySide2, it works as a command plugin. Instructions and source can be found here https://github.com/NCCA/MayaEditor. I am hoping to get a bit more polish done in the next few weeks then do a proper release.

[Weekly] What is everybody working on? Share your progress, discoveries, tips and tricks!
This is my current work in progress a replacement Python (and later MEL) editor for Maya using PySide2 https://github.com/NCCA/MayaEditor I set this as a project idea for my students and none took it up so decided to do it myself. This is the initial proof of concept, needs lots of tidying up. May add it again for next years project ideas to get them to polish / update it.
