Could SimpleXChat be a very good option to send files and text between host and guest virtual machines, if my threat model does not allow to enable shared folders, copy&paste and drag&drop?
I would use something like qft or croc for file transfers on an internal network, and not have those machines connected to the Internet (or have file transfers use only an internal/private network adapter/IP).
