Technically yes, I think so, though it would require a bit of fiddling with mounts. I think the best thing to do to allow this use-case is for me to make a more generic version of the rclone container that accepts an arbitrary mount and keeps it in sync.

Emby/Plex kinda interface but content hosted on Cloud Drives.
Makeshift's Marauder is the Plex/AutoPirate stack using Google Drive as a storage system. Maybe give it a try ?
