if you use ManyMC you can change the icon for each instance and that's what shows up in the dock and u can install mods directly from the interface from curseforge and some others

Download ManyMC it’s like multiMC but native for m1 macs I’ve been using it for 2 months now it runs great I think I have like 15 instances all modded and Theres a different Java u need to run it’s In the GitHub description get both Java 8 and 17 latest version of minecraft runs on 17 https://github.com/MinecraftMachina/ManyMC https://github.com/MinecraftMachina/ManyMC

I use ManyMC, it’s a form of MultiMC that runs most Minecraft versions natively. I highly recommend it for both Forge and vanilla.

Minecraft Mods with M1
i would highly recommend ManyMC, since it automatically patches in M1 support. I’ve been using it for months and it works flawlessly.

Woah, nice I see that L4T ubuntu provides gpu drivers so you can still follow some tutorials on how to compile/download LWJGL for Arm64 [like this](https://github.com/brendansiwik/MultiMC5-arm64) and you should be ready to go
