I am trying to setup manim
I followed two guides, one is https://github.com/malhotra5/Manim-Tutorial and a youtube series by theorem of Beethoven, both of which suggested downloading the zip file and doing pip install requirements.txt

Is it possible to play an audio file with manim
I don't think so, there are currently only binder notebooks for manim community. But if there is interest, maybe you can make an issue here: https://github.com/krassowski/jupyter-manim (this is the jupyter implementation for 3b1b/manim) and as if it would be possible to create a binder build
