MainsailOS VS Brainlet

I used a MainsailOS image from https://github.com/mainsail-crew/MainsailOS/releases the ...orangepi-orangepi_zero2.img.xz image

You need a Raspberry Pi. I would recommend downloading MainsailOS and putting it on the Pi. That has all the things you need pre-installed and you only have to configure it

include the code from that mainsail.cfg file in your printer.cfg file(above the "Do not edit below this line" section)

You need to use raspi light "classic" or mainsailos from https://github.com/mainsail-crew/MainsailOS/releases/tag/0.5.0 to insure your raspian is buster and not bullseye.

Yes it would be the optimal way to setup Octoprint or finished Raspberry Images like FluiddPi or MainsailOS Octoprint is the „official“ base for Klipper though personally I never had a need for Octoprint Plug-ins and use FluiddPi since a year. Klipper has also its subreddit /r/Klippers

Let me add that if you want multiple printers on a single pi using klipper and fluidd then check out Brainlet. Installed Rapsbian lite and then with Brainlet installed my Anet A8 and Anycubic Kossel on my pi3B+. Both have camera support (picam and usb webcam). Can backup/recover you profiles,upgrade, flash klipper formware and each device has it's own virtual sdcard so you always know what gcode goes were. To top it off, if you want to monitor or even run remotely through the fluidd ui then get yourself setup with Zerotier. Zerotier is free for up to 50 devices and creates a secure virtual lan. So whatever I can do on my PC through fluid I can do on my phone when off my local lan.
