Introducing Maestoso: An open source music animation software!
The software is complete and it's source code can be accessed from: https://github.com/amanatron/Maestoso The software is written entirely in Python and uses Tkinter for it's GUI. This was my first time building something of this scale (relatively larger to the projects I've tackled before) and it was a HUGE learning experience for me as programmer as I was constantly thinking about software structure, OOP concepts and etc. I even learnt Tkinter along the way and feel a lot more confident with using it now than I did before.

Is it possible to create a window without a viewport?
Different approach is to set the decorator to False. See Raccoon Music Player as an example.
-
Using dearpygui with pygame
Depending on what you want to achieve, you could do the entire app with Dear PyGui. It's possible to create animations and the like, although Pygame has more functionality built in. For example, see Raccoon Music Player.
-
Minimum height and width
As to apps without a titlebar, you may want to have a look at an app I made a while ago. https://github.com/bandit-masked/raccoon

Any way to make good GUI/Animations in Python
Of course you can with Python. Here is an example.
-
Removing maximize button
Another solution would be to remove the title completely and create your own. For an example, see Raccoon Music Player.
