MD-Follow-list VS Neko

It's not a reader, but this program spits out a list of all the manga you're following, and what the last chapter you read on each of them is. https://github.com/StoicSun/MD-Follow-list

You can get it yourself from the API if you know how to code or use this script for PC and mobile (you need to install python on phone and, while there is Python IDE for Android, idk if there's Python for IOS), MangaDesk (this one's only for PC, I think) and Neko for Android.

I could only make script to fetch a user's follow list but maybe that could be of some help?

I use neko which is a fork of tachiyomi. But I'm sure the built-in browser would work fine

You could use Tachiyomi Neko https://tachiyomi.org/forks/Neko/ and do the same thing again.

Sign in and instead of hunting down all the manga you are reading, you can just import it all into lists that you have already set up or into categories you already have based on status - read, not read, dropped, etc]. Really strong filters that you can block updates from certain groups and languages from popping up when you update your library.
