Little Snitch feature nobody knows about
I love all the security focused apps that objective-see puts out, and they have a Little Snitch equivalent "LuLu".
Does anyone know if the same thing can be achieved with LuLu? https://objective-see.org/products/lulu.html It looks like it can but I haven't used it yet.

OpenSnitch is a GNU/Linux interactive application firewall
There's Lulu based on Apple's Network Extension framework but there's quite a few issues with framework itself (it will briefly initiate a connection even though there's a deny rule for that address etc).

Windows users report appearance of unwanted HP app
You could install WPD (https://wpd.app/), use Simplewall (https://github.com/henrypp/simplewall) and a pihole on the network to block a lot, but it's still sad that we need to do this.

Privacy risks of indexing
The worst thing that could happen is that one of the governments would specifically ask Apple for the data of everyone in your area, or just you. I don't know how bad this is for you, but with open source programs like LuLu, you can see how much data your computer is sending to Apple in the background without you noticing.

Emulate Code On Slower Computer?
It looks like AppPolice can do something similar on Mac OS, albeit in a somewhat hacky way (by repeatedly checking the process's CPU usage and pausing/resuming it) so it might not give you an accurate idea of how your program would actually behave on a slower computer.

Free alternative to AppTamer?
Is this the latest version? https://github.com/AppPolice/AppPolice/releases/tag/v1.1

Is there an app/extension or something that allows a game (downloaded app) to run at slower speeds?
App Police lets you quickly throttle down the CPU usage of any running process.
