I'm thinking of switching to Linux
I've been using Solus lately, but for a beginner i would recommend something like Pop os or ubuntu or linux mint. Also, if your distro uses gnome DE, and ypu would like it to feel more like windows, i have a script that can do that at: https://github.com/AwptiK/Liw-Is-not-Windows

I'm thinking of switching to Linux
Do you not think straight-up Arch Linux would be a bit of a challenge for a newcomer? Things like archinstall and Anarchy Installer can help with the install process but I feel like EndeavourOS or Manjaro Linux might be a slightly better introduction to Linux

Is there a graphical arch setup?
Not supported but Anarchy Linux exists. https://gitlab.com/anarchyinstaller/installer
