Ublock not working anymore on Twitch, workaround already somewhere? Ads annoying!
Twitch seems to spend most of its development resources on countering ad-blockers. I gave up and went with Streamlink, mpv, and Livestream Monitor.

How to download a livestream that is still going?
Try ee.Yrewind. It's capable to do exactly what you asked for and more. Can't say it's the most stable thing in the world, but when it works… App requires Chrome or Edge.

How to use youtube-dl to record a live stream in parts
I tried a tool ee.yrewind. This program can record a live stream with a given -duration. But i guess it does not have auto restart feature.
