The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Table Oriented Programming (2002)
Rust has rather sophisticated macros, which let you do stuff like this outside the core language implementation, which is IMO very much where such things belong.
E.g. a linq clone in rust can look like this: https://github.com/StardustDL/Linq-in-Rust
linq!(from p in 1..100, where p <= &5, orderby -p, select p * 2).collect();

Help with understanding macros: How to make a macro take string literal without quotes
Here is the Commit.

I made a library to parse human readable numbers list (e.g. `1:10,15:20`) into an iterator, this is my first time making a rust library and I wanted to learn better about generics and packaging. Please provide me with feedback.
Your example is funny coz that's almost the same as how I started: here is my first commit https://github.com/Atreyagaurav/number_range/commit/a140f61a8f107fe0555d373e60709c7855ce197c
What are some alternatives?
When comparing Linq-in-Rust and number_range you can also consider the following projects:

const-chunks - Extension trait to chunk iterators into const-length arrays.
anime-helper-shell - A python shell for searching, watching, and downloading anime.
