This is a project I've been working on for the past week and I think it turned out okay! It included the full journey, from getting the data off the web, to cleaning the data, to pre-processing it and so on... Machine learning App: Python frameworks
If you've worked with django/plotly before then you might be able to configure it all, not sure exactly how it'd fit together, but I think you could use the Plotly-Dash upload component with Django-Plotly-Dash. Probably a lot of work but another option.
