Kooha VS awesome-wayland

Kooha, no matter what setting i change, gives me a recording with frozen images, i opened an issue in their Github, but it's been a week and no support https://github.com/SeaDve/Kooha/issues/242 And looking at the frequency of updates, the project looks unmaintained.

And, just to be sure: there exist "Kooha" simple screen recorder. Are you sure that you don't use it and instead use built-in gnome recorder that you can access at top panel? You didn't say whether your current config is based on X or Wayland therefore two links with Wayland applications. Are we Wsyland yet and awesome wayland

There's none that I can notice. Mice cursor are rendered with hardware support

customization isn't killed, it just takes time to adapt to a new protocol. check out all the stuff you can do with wayland

More specifically, see: awesome-wayland and arewewaylandyet. Sway-addons also has interesting stuff in it, like wl-clipboard which is mostly compatible with Klipper.
