I'm not sure if this is in the ballpark of what you're looking for. It's an (unofficial) HD patch for Katawa Shoujo. Mostly fixing the resolution I think. I've never used it though, so I can't vouch for it.

Hey guys, I'm new to visual novels genre and I heard that Katawa Shoujo is worth to play. The game is quite old so I decided to look for HD mod or something. I found this thing: https://github.com/letow/KatawaShoujoHDPatch/ Does it work and is it worth it? Did you have any problems with it?

From what I understand, I first download the "Full version" from here (and not "Act 1 (v5)") and then I install the HD Patch.
