    Yes, that makes sense now, I didn't understand. Quickly looking through the Discover code [https://github.com/KDE/discover] it actually seems to be entirely lacking the ability to choose where (user or system) to add a new remote to. Seems to me like it should have that feature, regardless of which is default.
