Help wanted: cannot bypass the reason a TNT flying machine breaks on a server.
If the hole is super wide but not too deep you can use macros to do some of the digging afk. I have found a Python macro that allows you to dig the 2 high base manually then afk 5 layers above that on https://github.com/JellyJoe198/macros/tree/master/ScreenGrab
