Problems installing Mac os Monteray
Take out the AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext. Add AirportItlwm.kext (if you have Intel Wifi) and IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext. Also, make SURE you grab the correct AirportItlwm kext for your operating system (Big sur, Monterey, etc.). I'm assuming your UTBMap kext is the USB map. You might want to rename that and see if that helps as well (to USBMap or USBPorts).

Bluetooth issue with Monterey
I digged into discussions about Monterey's bluetooth support problems, which said that Apple downgraded BT support to 5.0, while some of Intel's BT adapters support only BT 5.2. But one commit of IntelBluetoothFirmware said that it added support for those cards. I switched to Windows and found the VID/PID of the bluetooth device is precisely 8087/0026, which is in the support list.

Successful install! (Catalina 10.15.7)
I would at least look around to see if your card needs any specific support, or ask someone who has more knowledge on Kepler (600 Series) hackintoshes other than me, but according to Dortainia, you'll need Lilu.kext & WhateverGreen.kext as well as a shikigva=40 boot flag.

Display port not working (cMP 4.1-5.1 Big Sur OC)
Check out this page for your Lilu.kext and this page for your WhateverGreen.kext. When using WG, try using the boot arguments shikigva=40 which will set your boardID as an iMac14,2 which helps with some nVidia Support. If that doesn't help, maybe use agdpmod=vit9696 which skips the boardID check altogether which has been known to fix black screens. Installing WhateverGreen, in general, will most likely solve your issue though.
