Mega Timelapse - Imperator: Rome --> CK3 --> EU4 - 304BC to 1821 (2125 yrs of history) - Can Rome survive the ages, or will history repeat itself!
So I ran my Imperator game first, for an absolute age! (450AUC - 1621AUC) then converted it with the ImperatorToCK3 converter. That creates a mod which I loaded in CK3 in order to continue, I ran that from 867 (1621AUC) - 1444. Then I ran the CK3toEU4 converter, creating a mod for EU4, which I loaded in EU4 and ran until 1821!

The eu4 to vic3 converter seems to lack the converterfrontend.exe file
That's their github page with the source code. There are many complete or incomplete ways to download it from there. Have you tried https://github.com/ParadoxGameConverters/EU4ToVic3/releases/download/0.1.2A/EU4ToVic3-0.1.2Adrianopole-win-x64.exe which is linked from the releases list there?
