Damage and accuracy tips
W1-W3: damage isnt an issue, if you are following the idleoncompanion.com builds you will have 0 issues reaching W4. Even weaker clases like squire can reach W4 pretty much based on talent damage and not much more(dont recommend it though). once in W3 its recommendable to start using your sword and heart shrines all the time along your pusher.
-
Trying to push through world 3. I feel like both my Def and Dmg are too low. Any suggestions are appreciated!
DMG shouldnt be an issue if you have a proper build.(well unless for some strange reason you decided to push with a squire). Check idleoncompanion.com for builds to see if your build is ok. I would recommend using shrines(mainly damage and HP&DEF ones) with your pusher as soon as you unlock them.

How do I do this
I would recommend looking at idleoncompanion.com for builds and watching a video or 2 on killing amarok. once you have the right build and know that you need to kill the stones amarok should be an easy kill.

Database Review: Top Five Missing Features from Database APIs
Hasura ❌ (technically yes with Nhost)
-
the code written during those sudden spurts of inspiration are the backbone of most software development
Only caveat I say is make sure there's something in it for you; if it's 2 AM it better be mostly for self-benefit. I'm busy constructing a monorepo with the latest technology with NX and pnpm and a half dozen other technologies (I recommend checking out http://nhost.io/); at the end I will build whatever I want and maybe make money. It's not done for the good of someone else exclusively that's for sure

Does an open source 'backend platform' exist for dotnet?
Yeah, I knew of those, I think that's discussed often enough on the dotnet subs. Ory and Zitadel I knew too, but those provide just one thing, and are not native to dotnet. Altough I'll admit, stuff like nhost seem native to typescript but uses go projects under the covers as well.
-
You're starting development today, which libraries are you going with?
I'm really digging nhost and apollo-client.
-
Is there smth like firebase on-prem?
You can use Nhost (100% open source): https://github.com/nhost/nhost/tree/main/examples/docker-compose
