How actually self-hostable, on my own servers (not on an enterprise cloud) is this? Looking through the source it makes heavy use of cloud specific (AWS) services and features, and some of the steps provided in this seem fairly wild. Specifically the need to cycle through many folders to understand hosting each component, and the package management is quite funky. As an example, this readme states the following:
