help interfacing an it8951 board (for waveshare e paper display) on a raspberry pi pico w in rust
As the title says I am trying to control an e paper display that's connected via an it8951 board to a raspberry pi pico w in rust. First of all, would that work? I know it will work with other pi's, but not sure about the pico. I've successfully made a prototype on a RP 3 using python (https://github.com/GregDMeyer/IT8951). But for my project I'd like to try it on a pico and using rust.

help interfacing an it8951 board (for waveshare e paper display) on a raspberry pi pico w in rust
I found this repo https://github.com/rroels/rust-it8951 which looks like its what I need, but it looks empty. I also created an issue in this repo, hopefully the author gets back to me.
