GPU acceleration for Falkon (helloSystem)
helloSystem, a FreeBSD OS has released version 0.8. On the GitHub page for ISO download (https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/releases/tag/r0.8.0), it says that "GPU acceleration is now enabled for WebEngine based browsers such as Falkon, thanks @jsm222".

Is GhostBSD a good Livecd to test FreeBSD hardware compatibility?
helloSystem 0.7.0 https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/releases/tag/r0.7.0 is based on 13.0-RELEASE, although I don't know whether it's the best barometer for telling whether a driver will work with 13.0-RELEASE without helloSystem,

helloSystem 0.7.0 released, FreeBSD 13 based, Live ISO boots 3x as fast
That's a bug then. Please do open an issue at https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/issues/ and ideally please run the Hardware Probe utility and mention the URL it gives you in the GitHub issue. This way we can hopefully see why Apple keyboard autodetection fails in your case.

A curiosity question - are there any distros that are heavily GUI focused with very minimal or no CLI requirements?
The only free software OS I've seen trying to entirely avoid CLI, even for troubleshooting, is helloSystem by the AppImage format's creator, and that's a FreeBSD derivative rather than a Linux distribution.

Help needed regarding fan control.
I am a new user trying to make BSD as my daily driver. Apparently, the only thing stopping me is unable to control the fan. I am using Gigabyte Aero 10th Gen Intel Core i7 with NVIDIA GTX 1660Ti card. It has pre-defined fan curve settings like normal, gaming, quiet etc. I need to turn on a profile based on what I am working on, e.g., I set it to gaming when I am compiling code or rendering video. But I set it to normal other times, as it sounds like a jet engine. I was surprised when everything is working fine out of the box except the fan. Currently, I am using Fedora where I control fans through writing bits on EC using c program uses ec_sys of Linux.

helloSystem 0.8.0 released
I am using Gigabyte Aero Laptop (10th gen intel, Nvidia Gtx 1660Ti, Intel Wifi card). No one was able to control the fans of this laptop using Acpi. The only working solution is ec writing (https://github.com/jertel/p37-ec) which was a reverse-engineered solution for controlling the fan speed. But I don't know anything similar that exists in FreeBSD or hello. I am still learning and not an expert by any means.

Absolute Noob trying FreeBSD
I used to control my laptop's fan using (https://github.com/jertel/p37-ec) which works based on ec_sys in the Linux platform. Recently, I am trying to check whether my laptop (Gigabyte Aero 17 10th Gen intel + Gtx 1660Ti) is suitable for FreeBSD or not. Unfortunately, my fans are running so low that it is getting too hot to run comfortably. So, I was curious is there anything like ec_sys that could be used to control those fans?
