Any good sources for downloading lots of quality pics of girls?
Hydrus Network has a bunch of downloaders, including Reddit. The Reddit downloader is from 2022, so I don't know if it still works. If you like a challenge you can add your own downloader. Adding .json to the end of Reddit URLs still works. Or you can add Hydrus Companion to your browser and send the images you like to Hydrus.

Is there an active website/program that allows you to view old stories of other Instagram accounts?
Each site you scrape requires a "downloader" which is completely configurable via the various modules. Making a downloader can be complex depending on the site, but there are tons available that others have made, see here: https://github.com/CuddleBear92/Hydrus-Presets-and-Scripts

Is there an active website/program that allows you to view old stories of other Instagram accounts?
The above link does have an Instagram downloader, but it's quite out of date and doesn't work with IG's latest changes. I took it and made the required changes to that it works against the latest available API. It supports posts, stories, IGTV, and highlights. It's available here: https://github.com/kolbyg/hydrus-presets
