I can't get these esp32 lora dev boards to work I tried everything
The v3 board was really painful.. after some discovery and tinkering I found the correct set libraries at here. I am using Clion and my platform IO configuration is based on the s3 devkitc-1 (below)

I'm trying to power a LoRa ESP32 board (SX1276) for a letterbox sensor. The board is in deep sleep until triggered by a pin change (door sensor), sends LoRa message, then returns to deep sleep. However, the batteries only last 12hrs. In theory, these batteries should last months. Any advice?
