It's Real & Looks so much beautiful than expected!!!
You may not have any installed/running depending on what homebrew you usually run. But you can download the latest release of Hekate Toolbox & see. Stuff like cheats (hooking into running games, not like savefile stuff), emuiibo, sys-clk, Mission Control; there’s a bunch. But that tool (launch from hbmenu) will tell you for sure if you have any enabled & what they’re called. Then you can disable, [usually] reboot & see if that helps.

change the homebrew menu location
Despite what other people may tell you it is indeed possible. Hekate Toolbox can be used to set the Homebrew launcher to open under a different title as well as change the current key bind for the album.

Launch album by default instead of hb menu on atmosphere. How can I configure the homebrew menu to launch only by pressing R?

Is there a way run / get back into Hekate from the Switch Menu in emuNAND?
If you have the tesla overlay set up then this tesla based overlay allows you to boot into any payload from the tesla menu itself, without the need of booting into the homebrew menu.
- Cannot disable auto boot, just jumps straight into atmosphere
- Nintendo Switch Online retro games but without Nintendo's servers

Not a fan of switching between OS but fastCFWSwitch overlay does help a tiny bit and more emulation option like PS2, GameCube, Wii and better performance makes it worth it

Is there an easy way to boot directly into lakka from Atmosphere?
so first get the fastcfwswitch overlay and put it in the overlays folder and what i will do is send over a link of my configs file so then all u have to do is add it into your configs fastcfwswitch folder. https://github.com/Hartie95/fastCFWswitch/releases/tag/v1.3.0 link to the overlay
