Why is the Ambilight TV not available as a "light" in the Hue app?
If you still want to use Hue app to control the lights you can use Emulated Hue addon: https://github.com/hass-emulated-hue/core This will essentially create a new virtual Hue bridge with all lights that are added to Home Assistant.

Today I switched my Insteon Hub 2245-222 to work with Home Assistant & Home Assistant Cloud

What I know though, is that someone made a hue-emulation addon for hass, so every switch and light will show up as Philips hue. https://github.com/hass-emulated-hue/core
