HSTracker VS Arena-Tracker

Something like HSTracker grabs control of the process and fiddles with its memory directly (at least I'm pretty sure that's how it works), and it's open-source on GitHub (https://github.com/HearthSim/HSTracker), so maybe that could be a good starting point. I know that can read what's happening, but I don't know if you'd be able to play cards the same way --- it would definetly be worth looking into. At the very least, you need something like that for accurately reading the game state, as I feel dealing with screen captures (which is the only viable alternative) would be extremely painful.

It's been rendered by Arena Tracker the same way you would see it in game.

I've used Arena Tracker which shows the hsreplay deck win rates and heartharena scores during draft. You can turn off the heartharena scores.

Try to run the previous version just to be sure is not related to a new bug that was introduced in the last one.
