Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

IPFS-tiny: attempting to take IPFS to Space
I don’t know this spec but my skimming the DTN webpage and the SPP gives me the impression that this architecture is in part designed to insure end-to-end established logical circuits, so in context of privacy I don’t know if it is a good fit.
NASA’s HDTN [1] says it is based on IETF RFC 5050 [2]. Have to read that to understand privacy and censorship implications, specially the Bundle Security Protocol [3]. But just skimming the indexes in those indexes reinforces my impression that this architecture can lockdown/lockout at administrative points.

I might be breaking rule #6, but you could take a look at https://github.com/rburkholder/trade-frame, it knows how to deal with options (pricing & greeks), works with chains, can make entrance / exits based upon underlying, knows some combinations, can take profit, handle stops ....

What do you use for theta strategy backtesting?

Can ninja trader handle a ES scalping algo which follows price using a super short time frame or tick by tick?
My code is based upon https://github.com/rburkholder/trade-frame, which is at commit 2439. I have a development repository sitting at commit 3742 with a substantial bit more ES related L2 and option management.
